Why do we do Pre-orders and not have physical products ?
We do Pre-orders over having physical products so we don't have products that don't sale laying around wasted.
How does Pre-orders work ?
Pre-orders are opened for 1 week, after that 1 week it takes about 1-2 weeks to get to us. Pre-orders are then shipped 3-4 business days after arriving.
Can I get a refund ?
Sales are all final when purchasing any item with us.
What happens if my package gets lost in transit ?
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items. Once packages have reached USPS possession you will have to contact USPS.
When will my package ship ?
Packages ship 3-4 business days after we have received the pre-order package.
When are business days ?
Our business days are Monday- Fridays.
How do sizes run ?
Sizes for all product normally run true to size, If any of our products do run bigger I will have it said in the description of our products and also on our social media posts.
Why has there been a slight increase in your prices ?
Due to the tariff shipping making our shipping a little more higher we had to slightly raise our products prices.
